I started with a design found on Thingiverse and started modifying it to make a more robust case for protecting the mobius action camera in flight. The cases have been crash tested and do a phenomenal job protecting the camera. In the ladder revisions, I have completely dropped (pun intended) the original model and resigned the case from the ground up.
The case must remain strong yet light enough and small enough to fit on to small aircraft.
Yet another revision of the case protecting the mobius camera though yet after a nasty crash. Notice that the roll bar at the back of the case snapped off. This was a hard hit but the case did its job.
